Stephen Harris, Director of Due Diligence and Management Services at Lakeside Advisors, provides financial institutions, private investment companies, the government and private sector companies, with a superior due diligence product and a source for advisory, consulting and management services. The due diligence products managed include, but are not limited to, reviews of: management capabilities and performance; corporate operating systems and procedures; accounts receivable portfolio appraisals/valuations; field examinations; structuring of asset based loan transactions, liquidation management of assets; and expert witness testimony. Stephen has provided consulting on individual transactions that have exceeded $1 billion in lending facilities. Stephen’s expertise was acquired through a fifteen-year career progression working for lending institutions that started as a field examiner which lead to field examination management, credit underwriting, credit administration, portfolio management, workout, and ultimately manager of the Asset Based Product for Chemical Bank’s (presently JP Morgan Chase) Banking and Corporate Finance Group. The lending career led to a continued career as a consultant to major financial institutions and private sector companies. Stephen received a BBA degree, with concentrations in accounting and economics from DowlingCollege and received the Patrick J. Clifford Award for Outstanding Business Administration Student.
